Abstract

I have a particular interest in reviewing the book Modern Science: Threshold & Philosophical Problems. My interest does not derive from the fact that the author and I have been long-standing academic friends nor does it derive from another fact that we are teachers of philosophy of science in our various institutions. The interest to review the book came from a desire to appreciate the author’s courage in attempting to do a comprehensive discourse on science and its attendant philosophical problems in one volume.
