The journal welcomes author’s submission of original and significant contributions. Articles submitted should not have been published elsewhere or accepted for publication by another journal. International Journal of Philosophy and Public Affairs accepts articles for peer-review and eventual publication any time of the year. The journal is published annually in the month of December..




Articles being submitted to this journal must display an abstract of about 100 words which synthesize the problematic of the issue in question and the thesis of the author. The paper must avoid the use of first-person expressions, preachy tendencies and offensive language. The length of the article should not be more than 12 typed-pages of double spacing on an A4 paper, and with 12-point size in Times New Roman. The Journal accepts only Chicago Manuals style of citation. As to the submission procedure, a two-way operation is demanded: a hard copy that is to be sent directly to the editor and a soft copy that is sent to any of these electronic addresses: interjournalphil-pubaffairs@yahoo.com or chrysanthus.ogbozo@unn.edu.ng , franknjoku@unn.edu.ng .

All contributors to the Journal are to pay a token of $20 (or its Nigerian equivalent of N3,000) for the peer-review of their articles. The contributors of accepted articles for publication shall be required to pay an acceptance fee. The evidence of such payment (i.e. bank deposit slip) must be included with the hard copy of the article sent to the editor.
